This allows you to gather statistics on your customers' perceptions of your staff. You'll have come across these questionnaires on other sites.
After a ticket has been closed, an email will be sent to the client asking for their feedback. Each staff member that worked on their ticket or Live Support session will be listed, and the client can offer feedback on a range of questions that you define.
The module also comes with a set of reports which an Administrator can run at any time, and export the results to a CSV file.
