Reporting Module

Kayako comes as standard with a small number of dedicated reports but no real way of adding your own or expanding on the existing ones. You would have to learn how to access the database directly using the SQL language. That's about to change.

We will soon be releasing an entirely new reporting module that will allow you and your staff to create custom reports on any area you choose, without having to write a single line of code.

The full details will be added here when we're closer to release, but this is being designed as a business tool and not a techie's toy. Until then, feel free to register an interest or tell us what reports you'd like to see included as standard here.
