With this module you can fetch a LogMeIn support PIN from inside Kayako, and then have the chat session and other values automatically logged to the correct ticket when the session finishes. The correct values for "Time Worked" and "Time Billable" are also entered.

It works with both Tickets and Live Support sessions.
