New module for splitting tickets on Fusion

As of September 11th, there is a new module available for Kayako Fusion and Resolve which will add the long-requested "Split Tickets" button to the Ticket Management screen. This new feature is available for both trial and purchase immediately at this URL: https://www.support-pay.com/support/index.php?/vshop/Buy/Main/sp_splittkt It is extremely easy to use, just click the new button and choose where you want to split the ticket. All the existing ticket settings and other details are copied or moved appropriately. It's FREE to install and try, and has a single low-cost license for sale if you decide to stick with it. Fully compatible with Fusion versions both before and after V4.50, and also with our SupportPay billing system.

SupportPay Compatibility for Fusion V4.50

The recent breaking changes to Fusion meant that all backwards compatibility with 3rd-party modules was removed. A new release of SupportPay today restores compability, not just with V4.50 but also maintains compatibility with pre-V4.50 installations. Unfortunately this re-write, and the dramatically increased effort required to develop and test SupportPay against two different, incompatible versions of Fusion will mean an increase in license costs. It will now take more than double the time that it previously did to maintain SupportPay. This requirement was forced on us with no notice by Kayako, and we are too small a company to be able to absorb the extra development costs. The SupportPay license costs will be going up at the end of September as a result of these new requirements so if you're interested in buying a license, now's the time to get it! Read more » | |
