
SupportPay has been around since 2010, when a friend bet me that I couldn't write a billing system for Kayako SupportSuite before a certain other payment module provider replied to a critical 'system down' ticket.
He lost, although to be fair I did have much more time than I expected!
First available for Kayako SupportSuite and now for Fusion, SupportPay has grown considerably since then. It is now an extremely flexible and stable platform for supporting your pay-per-ticket business, with often-demanded features including integration with WHMCS, invoicing, organisation-led billing, authorised payments and many more. It is still actively developed, with new features being added and old ones improved.
The designer and author of the software has been working in the industry since 1996, mostly with Oracle RDBMS technology, and is a performance tuning and stability expert with a collection of qualifications from Oracle Corporation.
