As of March 1st 2013, SupportPay has been declared end-of-life.

It will be available as a free download for the immediate future as a service to those who bought licenses previously. It is open-source and unrestricted. If you currently hold a license then your existing support details are unchanged. If you do not currently hold a license then any use you make of the software will be entirely at your own risk. Support will not be available.
